Apparently, we must once again thank TENAA for anticipating most of the technical specifications – and the first images – for an upcoming smartphone: this time we are talking about the Redmi 11A, a low-cost device that can be seen from the leaked details. As we know, TENAA technicians aren’t great photographers – the rest is clearly intended not to shoot an advertising campaign; But we managed to get one A fairly clear view from the backwhich looks like plastic and appears to adopt a light gray/dark gray striped design.
Even if brightness and contrast are not played with, it is possible to understand whether the screen uses a notch or a more modern punch-hole, nor how thick the bottom bezel or “chin” is. For what it’s worth, the direct predecessor Redmi 10A already had Low slit and obvious chin. In any case, it also turns out that the physical buttons for power and volume will be on the right side, while the rear camera module has a hole in the lower right corner that can sync up with the fingerprint scanner – again, just as it happens. With Redmi 10A.
Here is the general technical paper that we were able to put together thanks to TENAA:
- Code name: 22120RN86C
- 6.7-inch LCD screen, HD + 720 pixels (1650 x 720 pixels)
- SoC: undisclosed model, octa core, max clock 2GHz
- RAM: 2, 4, 6 or 8 GB
- Storage: 32, 64, 128 or 256 GB
- Back camera: 50 mega pixel
- Secondary rear camera:???
- Front camera: 5 MP
- Battery: 5000 mAh
- Measures: 186.76 x 76.41 x 8.77mm, Weight 192g
We’re not entirely sure if the details about the memory shredding are correct – 2 GB of RAM and 32 GB of storage seems too small even for an entry level device, and it takes us straight to the Android GO territory. It should be remembered at this point that it will not be the first time that a Chinese entity has reported inaccurate information. We are waiting for developments.
