Brabus has already worked on the latest generation of the Mercedes S-Class. But this time the German tuner decided to get his hands on a more exclusive Maybach version. As Brabus explains, the new body kit has not only aesthetic functions but also aerodynamic functions. For example, the front splitter was developed in a wind tunnel to reduce lift on the front axle and improve airflow to the front brakes and radiator. At the rear, a new large diffuser and new exhaust pipes stand out for this car. We also find new 22-inch Monoblock M “Platinum Edition” wheels with 265/35 ZR22 Pirelli P Zero tires at the front and 305/30 ZR22 at the rear. Brabus has also revised the Maybach setup, lowering the ground clearance by 20mm. All this to improve the dynamics of the 5.47-meter car, which was created to provide comfort on long trips and a lot of luxury. There is no shortage of carbon fiber finishes. Speaking of the engine, the 4-liter twin-turbo V8 in the Mercedes-Maybach S 580 has been tuned to produce 600 horsepower and 800 Nm of torque. 9-speed automatic gearbox.
