AMD Radeon RX 7900, prototype revealed a few days after launch

What you see in the article are the first (alleged) photos of AMD Radeon RX 7900, the next-gen flagship card that’s now imminent (see you Thursday!). It is quite clear that these are prototypes: the PCB is red, the back panel is missing and there are points prepared for connecting external instruments and sensors. Still, they’re pretty reliable leaks — especially if you notice a red stripe on the heatsink, just as AMD itself predicted in teasers this summer.

The board is a bit taller but uses the same auxiliary connector configuration i.e. 2 x 8 pins. from here It is impossible to determine whether it is the XT or the XTX variantwidely expected after the 6000 series was canceled. The three fans installed in the heatsink look identical in shape (curves and number of blades) and dimensions, while the design of the central part changes.

The source does not add technical details to the images; It just says that they belong to a closed group of the Chinese messaging platform QQ. However, we can summarize the alleged technical specifications that have appeared so far:
